About

A small, senior consultancy. Serious about what we build.

Adoq AI builds custom software and AI systems for companies with real operational problems. We are not a no-code shop, not a research lab, and not an agency that pitches first and scopes later.

What we do and what we won’t.

What we do

We design and build production systems — custom software, AI integrations, automation pipelines, internal tools — for companies that can’t solve their problem with off-the-shelf products. Our work is scoped to specific operational problems, not deployed as generic solutions. Every engagement has a defined problem, a defined scope, and a delivery plan before a line of code is written.

How we think

We start from the business problem, not the technology. Before proposing a solution, we understand the workflow, the data, and the people involved. We choose the simplest approach that works — because unnecessary complexity is a liability, not a feature. If conventional software outperforms an AI approach, we say so. If the data isn’t ready to support a model, we say that too.

What we won’t do

We don’t take projects we can’t deliver well. We don’t produce proof-of-concepts that impress in a demo and disappear into backlog. We don’t start building before the problem is understood. We don’t hand off an engagement to junior staff after scoping. These aren’t policies — they’re how we protect the quality of the work and the client relationship.

What this means in practice

How we operate in practice.

Small by design.

We don’t scale headcount to grow revenue. Every engagement receives senior-level attention throughout — from scoping through deployment. You won’t be handed to a junior team after the first conversation.

We turn down work.

If a project is the wrong fit — wrong scope, wrong timing, technology that won’t deliver the outcome — we say so rather than take the engagement. A short honest conversation is worth more than a long expensive one that goes nowhere.

We measure by what ships.

Our interest is in whether the system works in production, not whether the proposal was compelling. If what we built doesn’t operate as designed, that’s our problem to fix — not something we document and hand over.

Most engagements start with a conversation about what you’re dealing with. No pitch, no obligation.
